Our story
Nine friends. One shared ambition.
Ittihad began with nine friends who believed that steady saving, careful investing and a shared goal could build something none of us would manage alone.
Each month, every member puts a fixed amount into one pool. Once a year we add a larger amount on top. The numbers can change as life changes; the habit is what counts.
The pool is invested in opportunities the committee has reviewed with Shariah principles in mind, spread across the near term, the medium term and the long term, so that some money is always close at hand while the rest works for longer.
Investment is the engine. The first place it takes us is land: buying a plot together, then building our own flat on it. After that the same engine can carry us toward rental income, businesses and goals we haven't named yet.
One cooperative, many dreams. The land and the flat are the first stop, not the last.
