Each deposit needs a payment proof and a cashier's sign-off before it counts. A member can't verify their own.
Audit trail
Every change to money, roles or investments is written to a log. Mistakes are corrected with a reversal, never erased.
Shariah review record
Each position carries the cooperative's review status, reviewer and date, kept on the record.
Private by default
Members see their own figures and the cooperative's totals. Nobody else's deposits, documents or details.
