Investment approach
Our capital has a purpose
Each position is judged on four separate things: how long the money is tied up, the sector, the risk, and how quickly it can come back. A short position can still be risky. A long one can be steady.

Horizons
Three time frames
These bands are the committee's defaults, not fixed rules. They describe how long money is committed, not what it will earn.
Short term
Up to about a year. Keeps cash within reach for the land payment and for members' needs.
For example: Food and FMCG trade, online business
Mid term
One to three years. Working businesses that grow with time and pay back in stages.
For example: Agriculture, small enterprises
Long term
Three years and more. Strategic assets that move the cooperative toward its goals.
For example: Land shares, property
What the Shariah label means
It records where the cooperative's own review stands: pending, under review, approved or not approved, with who reviewed it and when. It is a record of our process, not a religious or legal ruling, and this site never claims compliance on its own authority.
